Routing from the airport.

To facilitate your arrival at the Palace, without complicated search without finding a taxi, no waiting at the airport, we urge you to use the driver guide who for the modest sum of 15 € will be waiting at the airport your arrival gate, you will lead near the Palace, will take care of yourself and deliver your luggage to the interior of the Palace (beyond three people, thank you to contact us for pricing).For this you can confirm your desire to benefit from this service contact us , and you pay this amount directly to the driver guide, which works independently from the hotel.

Terms

PAYMENT TERMS

• The lease governed by these terms, then takes effect from the date of receipt of the deposit (30%) or full payment as appropriate. 
• To secure your reservation, we would be grateful to send us a written confirmation, a credit card number along with expiration date and the last three digits (not embossed) on the back of it . Upon receipt we will send you a confirmation email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
• Refund of deposit for cancellations up to J-30.
• Cancellation between J and J-30-16, the deposit of 30% will be retained by the hotel.
• Cancellation between J and J-15-9, 50% will be charged.
• J-8 cancellation before the date of arrival, the total amount will be charged.
